This website, activizit.com, is operated by Activiz IT Information Technology LLC ("ActivizIT", "we", "us"). We are responsible for personal information collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you use our contact or demo request form, it opens your own email program with a pre-filled message to md@activizit.com. We receive only what you choose to send, typically your name, work email, company, role and message.
- Technical information. Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not sell personal information.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and discuss our services.
- To operate, maintain and secure the website.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process enquiry information because you have provided it to us for the purpose of contacting us, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where applicable law (including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data) requires consent, you give it by sending us your information, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and IT providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, or where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by law, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. To exercise these rights, email md@activizit.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
